How to choose
Choose by the jig or casting-lure weight you use most, then by rod length: jigging rods are short (around 6 ft, 1.8 m) so you can work the jig all day, casting rods are longer for distance. The reel decides the line: check the PE capacity you need for the depth and fish size. These are the heaviest saltwater lure rods on the site, so compare weight figures before buying two.
